Returns and exchanges should be painless. So here's our policy: if you're unhappy with your shirt simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receipt of the product requesting your return and/or exchange. We will email you a return label within 1 day of receiving your email. Print and slap it on the box and either drop the box off at nearest UPS
location or leave it with your local UPS delivery (wo)man. All returns will need to be post-marked within 7 days of receipt of the return label -- any returns outside of this window will be given store credit. It would be helpful, though not required, if you also include a reason as we're always trying to improve our shirts.
Note: if you want to exchange the item, just email us with instructions as to what you want and we'll handle the rest. Any adjustments should flow through to your credit card within 7 days of receipt of the returned (or exchanged) product.
