UNTUCKit will accept returns and exchanges for orders dated Oct. 14, 2024 to Dec. 24, 2024 at any time through Jan. 24, 2025. After that, our 30 day policy will resume.

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, return credit, or gift card.

Return By Mail
For orders purchased online:
- Go to untuckit.com/apps/returns and start by entering your email address.
- Choose the item(s) you want to return and click "continue."
- Print out the return label, pack it up, and ship it.
- No printer? No problem. Present the provided QR code to your nearest USPS and they'll print it and ship it.
- Your refund will be issued once we've received the item(s).
For orders purchased in store (including orders starting with "UN"):
- Call, text, or email us. Or chat with a store associate at UNTUCKit.com.
- We'll provide a shipping label via text or email.
- Print out the return label, pack it up, and ship it.

FAQ
Once you receive a confirmation email saying we’ve received your return package, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process. You will then receive a confirmation email for your refund. It will then take an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to generate your refund. Please allow up to 4 weeks to process returns from U.S. territories and military bases (APO/DPO/FPO.)
Unfortunately, returns or exchanges will not be accepted on items marked “Final Sale.” Our regular sale items are not Final Sale unless marked.
If your order number starts with "UN," this means it was a store transaction. To return or exchange your store purchase, you can live chat with a store associate or call your closest store. Have your order number ready or simply provide the email address associated with the order. The store associate will provide a shipping label. Just print it, pack it, and hand it over to the shipping carrier. Your refund will happen once the item has been received at the store. You can also visit any store to assist with your return or exchange.
The return credit will remain active until the warehouse receives your return, at which time the code will be deactivated and you will receive a full refund back to your original form of payment.
You will receive a refund of the difference to the original form of payment provided.
You will be required to enter your credit card information for the remaining balance.
During the return/exchange process, you'll have the option of receiving a return credit or a refund. If you choose to shop with the return credit, the code will display on your credit amount on a banner and apply automatically at checkout. Any unused credit will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Yes. Customers have six hours to place a new order, otherwise the credit will be voided and the original form of payment will be refunded.
Once the return credit has been disabled, the return will process. Once processed, the customer will be refunded back to the original form of payment.
A return credit is issued when a web order is returned through untuckit.com. The return credit gives the customer a chance to place a new order right away, without having to wait for a refund.
When purchasing a new item online, your return credit will auto-apply at checkout. In stores, please show the code to an associate.

If your order starts with “UN”, this means it was a store transaction. If your order only contains numbers, this means it was a web online order. UK and CA web orders will start with those prefixes.

There’s a 30-day window to request a return or exchange once you receive your order. Upon processing an online order return, an return credit will be generated, giving you the option to exchange for a new style or size. For store orders, call us, live chat with a store associate, or visit a store within 30 days of the transaction
For online orders: If you’d like to exchange for a completely different style, you can use your return credit, which is a voucher equaling the total amount of the item(s) you’re exchanging, to purchase any new item(s). Once you complete the online form, you’ll receive your return credit. However, once your item reaches our warehouse, your return credit will be void and we’ll refund your original form of payment. Please note that due to current supply chain issues, refunds may be delayed. You should expect to see refunds within 10–12 business days of receipt. Yes, you can return items from more than one order in the same box. Please follow the instructions below: Put all items into one box, along with their corresponding packing invoices. If you no longer have your original invoice, please include the shipment or order number for each order you’re returning. You can find your shipment and order numbers by signing in to your account at untuckit.com/account. You can also visit a store to return/exchange your item(s) from multiple orders. Not sure you can make it to a store? Our online chat feature lets you talk live with your nearest store associate. Simply visit untuckit.com, click on the black chat icon, and someone will be with you shortly.

Returns or exchanges can only take place in the country of origin. If you purchased in the US, those products can only be returned or exchanged in a US store or on untuckit.com. If you purchased in Canada, those products can only be returned/exchanged in a Canada store or at untuckit.ca. If you purchased in the UK, those products can only be returned/exchanged in a UK store or at untuckit.co.uk.
