Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective products within 30 days of the delivery date. Items that are returned in unsuitable conditions will be sent back to the original shipping address. We’ll send an email confirmation once we’ve processed your return.
For an exchange, simply bring your item(s) to any of our stores and see any associate. If the item(s) you’d like isn’t in stock at your location, associates can place a new order for you, and it will arrive by mail.
For a refund, bring your item to any store and we’ll return the full amount of your item(s) to the original form of payment immediately. Your bank may take 3 to 5 days to process the return.
UNTUCKit OUTLET
UNTUCKit Outlet accepts exchanges (equal or greater value) for unworn/unwashed merchandise within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. UNTUCKit Outlet exchanges can only take place at UNTUCKit Outlet. No refunds or store credits will be issued.
You can also return by mail. Follow the instructions here to process your return or exchange and print out a UPS label to send back your unwanted item(s).
You can exchange the same style for a different size by clicking the Start Return By Mail link above. Follow the instructions to process your return and print out a UPS label to send back your item(s).
If instead you’d like to exchange for a completely different style, you can use your E-CREDit to purchase a new item. Once your complete the online form, you’ll receive your E-CREDit (a voucher equalling the total amount paid for the item(s) you're exchanging). However, once your item reaches our warehouse, your E-CREDit will be void and we’ll refund your original form of payment. Your bank may take 3 to 5 days to process the return.
Note: Please include the original packing invoice and send your return immediately for a prompt refund.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, final sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at questions@untuckit.com and send your item to: UNTUCKit, 110 Greene Street, Suite 400, New York NY 10012, United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
