At UNTUCKit, we’re committed to celebrating the strong, diverse women who play a critical role in our success as a company. In honor of International Women’s Day 2025, we wanted to highlight three of the women who work at UNTUCKit, in both the corporate office and in the field, driving our growth, community, and customers. We asked them about how they came to UNTUCKit and any advice they have for women in the workforce. Here’s what they had to say.

“It's important to advocate for yourself and your ideas. Often, women can be socialized to be more modest or deferential, but being confident in your skills and contributions is key. Speak up in meetings, share your ideas, and assert yourself when necessary.”

“Find a mentor, be a mentor. Uplifting other women in your workplace will come around and uplift you, too. Surround yourself with people who can offer mentorship, support, and guidance. This could be female colleagues, mentors in your industry, or even male allies who are advocates for gender equality. Networking with like-minded individuals can help you navigate challenges and find opportunities.”

“My advice for women in the workplace is to continuously refine your skills, and never stop learning. Own your expertise, speak up with confidence, and advocate for yourself and others. Don’t wait for permission—take initiative, lead with authenticity, and create the opportunities you deserve. Plan backward from where you want to be in 3–5 years. Focus on high-impact efforts and never stop learning.”
